Sacred Monument Tours

Welcome to Sacred Monument Tours. We provide guided horseback and vehicle tours in and around Monument Valley, Arizona and Utah.
By using our website, creating an account, booking a tour, posting a review or photo, or participating in a tour, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
Online reservations and payments may be processed through FareHarbor, our booking provider.
Your agreement for the tour is with Sacred Monument Tours. FareHarbor provides booking and payment services and may have its own terms and privacy policy.
You must provide accurate information when making a reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is shown during the booking process and/or on your reservation confirmation.
No-shows or late arrivals may not qualify for a refund.
We may cancel or change a tour because of weather, road conditions, safety concerns, closures, tribal requirements, animal welfare, vehicle problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a tour, we will provide any refund, credit, or rescheduling option required by our applicable policy or law.
3. Horseback & Vehicle Tours
Horseback riding and outdoor vehicle tours involve risks.
These may include falls, injuries, rough or uneven terrain, horse behavior, vehicle movement, weather, wildlife, and travel in remote areas.
You participate voluntarily and agree to follow all instructions from our guides and staff.
You may be required to sign a separate activity or liability waiver before participating.
We may refuse participation when we believe a guest cannot safely participate.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:
- Follow guide and staff instructions.
- Follow applicable laws and land rules.
- Respect other guests, guides, animals, and local communities.
- Respect cultural and sacred sites.
- Stay in authorized areas.
- Avoid unsafe, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
Guests may not participate while intoxicated or impaired in a way that creates a safety risk.
5. Children & Physical Requirements
Age, weight, height, mobility, and other requirements may apply to certain tours.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors participating in our tours.
If you have questions about physical requirements or accessibility, please contact us before booking.
6. Monument Valley & Tribal Lands
Monument Valley contains culturally and spiritually important places.
Some areas may have tribal, federal, state, private-property, or other restrictions.
Guests must follow all applicable rules and their guide’s instructions.
Photography, drones, climbing, entering restricted areas, or removing objects may be prohibited in certain locations.
Do not remove rocks, artifacts, plants, cultural items, or other property from tour locations.
7. Reviews & Photos
Registered users may be able to post reviews, photographs, videos, and other content.
You must own the content or have permission to post it.
By submitting content to Sacred Monument Tours, you give us permission to use, display, reproduce, and share it for our website, advertising, marketing, social media, and other business purposes without payment to you.
Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or violates these Terms or applicable rules.
8. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure.
Do not use another person’s account, create fake accounts, or use your account to manipulate reviews or engage in unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Privacy
We collect information needed to provide our tours, process bookings, communicate with customers, manage accounts, and operate our website.
Booking information may be processed through FareHarbor and its payment providers.

10. Website Content
Our website, including our name, logo, photographs, videos, text, and other materials, belongs to Sacred Monument Tours or our licensors.
You may not copy or commercially use our content without permission.
Tour descriptions, photographs, prices, schedules, routes, and availability may change.
11. Liability
You understand that outdoor activities, horseback riding, vehicle tours, and travel in remote areas involve risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to assume the inherent risks of participating in these activities and release Sacred Monument Tours, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and agents from claims arising from those inherent risks.
Nothing in these Terms waives any rights or liability that cannot legally be waived.
12. Emergencies
Some tours take place in remote areas where emergency services may be delayed.
If an emergency occurs, we may contact emergency services or other appropriate authorities and take reasonable steps to protect your safety.
You are responsible for your own medical, evacuation, and related expenses except where otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
14. Applicable Law
Our tours may involve Arizona, Utah, federal, and tribal laws and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive tribal sovereign immunity, tribal jurisdiction, or any right that cannot legally be waived.
